2013 Service Impact Awards
The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) is now accepting nominations for the 2013 National Service Impact Awards. Recipients will exemplify the best in national and community service in the key issue areas of the Serve America Act and disaster services.
Don't procrastinate -- the deadline for submitting nominations is June 30, 2013, at 5:00 PM, EDT. To submit an entry, visit the 2013 Service Impact Awards page on Challenge.gov.
Through these awards, CNCS learns about best practices in solution-driven service to help further the agency’s mission while recognizing outstanding impact in communities accomplished through service and volunteering.
Recipients will be announced and recognized on CNCS’ website, and through traditional and social media. Recipients will receive a Service Impact statue recognizing their award and be showcased at relevant CNCS grantee meetings.
